Creative Director – iCentris and SolutionX – 2010 to present
Drive the creative direction of company and its clients by developing concepts/ideas for branding and marketing goals and then providing direction on the execution of those concepts. Assist in the creative conceptualization process, branding and product/service development.

Creative Content Manager – SolutionX – 2008 to 2010
Help communicate and coordinate content needs and usability concerns between creative, marketing and development department. Contribute a user-orientated perspective to the creative and development process. Contribute to the design of the website by focussing on how the needs of users could be met through the addition of content. Contribute to the process of information design, to ensure that content meets the goals for the site and the needs of users.
Prepare textual content for websites (including articles, copy, database content, links, FAQs, etc.). Prepare scripts for audio voiceovers and ready the multimedia content needed to support or work alongside textual content.
Liaise with multimedia specialists in the creation of any new multimedia content. When needed, locate and select appropriate, existing multimedia content, including still images, animations, music and video.

Copywriter – SolutionX – 2007 to 2008
Wrote and/or edited all original copy for SolutionX and its clients including website, email, newsletter and audio/video training.
Features/Entertainment Writer – The Daily Herald – 2003 to 2004
Wrote 2-3 entertainment related stories a week including music concert advances and reviews, theater advances and reviews, visual arts and dance stories and film reviews. Also in charge of finding, editing and compiling content for weekly entertainment section (wire stories, charts, ratings, box office, etc.) Compiled and updated community arts/entertainment calendar. Wrote arts/music briefs as well as short CD reviews. Contributed two major feature stories a month on varying assigned topics. Worked as a freelancer both before and after working as a regular employee.
